Laura offers thoughtfully guided yoga, meditation, sound healing, and reformer Pilates classes designed to support both strength and stillness. Her sessions are clear, accessible, and adaptable, with mindful cues and variations to meet you where you are, allowing each practice to feel nourishing and supportive.
Her journey into yoga began through her grandad, who has been practising for over 40 years and continues to inspire her path today. From there, Laura’s practice expanded into a wide range of movement, breathwork, meditation, and sound, supported by multiple teacher trainings, eventually leading her to also delve into mat and reformer Pilates. She creates space for you to reconnect with your body and breath, leaving you feeling grounded, balanced, and at ease.
