A soothing and intentional practice that combines slow, fluid movement with deep breath awareness to create openness and ease in the body. This class focuses on grounding postures, mindful transitions, and restorative elements to promote relaxation and balance. Move with awareness, connect to your breath, and leave feeling centered, refreshed, and deeply restored.


In this dynamic and flowing class, we link breath with movement to create a seamless flow from one posture to the next. Vinyasa yoga emphasizes fluid transitions, building strength, flexibility, and balance while calming the mind. Each class is thoughtfully sequenced to promote alignment, increase mobility, and challenge your body in a supportive environment. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, this class invites you to move at your own pace, find your flow, and deepen your connection to both your body and breath.


 A slow-paced practice that involves holding passive stretches for several minutes to target deep connective tissues. It promotes flexibility, relaxation, and mindfulness, making it ideal for stress relief and restoring balance to the body and mind.


A relaxing session that blends guided meditation with the healing vibrations of crystal singing and tibetan bowls, gong, koshi (chimes) and rainstick.  The sound frequencies promote deep relaxation, balance energy, and enhance mindfulness, leaving you feeling refreshed and restored.


Numerous events and retreats are held throughout the year and tend to include various styles of yoga, meditation, sound healing and other forms of movement and relaxation techniques when collaborating with other incredible practitioners. 


We offer corporate yoga sessions tailored to support workplace well-being. Available as one-off sessions, weekly, or monthly classes, these practices help reduce stress, improve focus, and boost overall employee wellness. Sessions can be customized to suit different needs, from energizing morning flows to relaxing lunchtime or after-work sessions.
